Glossary unit one
I am sore/ stiff muscle: When you have any of your muscles damage and it
hurts.
To bounce: Throw the ball to a wall or to the floor many times.
To speed up: Increment your rate.
To tag: follow someone’s steps.
To cool down: To settle down and calm down.
To kneel: to rest, fall, or support oneself on one's knees.
Surface: the area or size of a place.
Brief: Short portion of time.
